Begin each morning with guided meditations designed to deepen your awareness, set clear intentions, and support your physical and emotional well-being. Afterward, enjoy a yoga or fitness class to energize your body, elevate your mindset, and set the tone for a beautiful day exploring Greece!

Cooking Class
We’ll visit a traditional Cretan village, where you’ll embark on a guided tour to learn about the island’s rich history, traditions, and culture. Next,  immerse yourself in an interactive cooking experience. Begin with an olive oil tasting, then discover local ingredients and traditional recipes as you prepare and savor authentic Cretan cuisine.

Explore Heraklion And Knossos
Visit the 3,500-year-old Minoan palace of Knossos, a sprawling maze of royal chambers, grand staircases, storerooms, and workshops. A professional English-speaking guide will escort you on this visit as you step back in time. From here, you'll head toward Heraklion's center where you are given a tour of the city with leisure time to follow.

Catamaran Cruise
Take in a fresh perspective of the island from the water. The beautiful coastline and majestic shades of blue waters will leave you awestruck as you take in the cool ocean breeze. Enjoy drinks, snacks, and fruits on the boat in addition to snorkeling equipment.

Wine Tasting
We’ll visit Pyrgos, a charming traditional village where you’ll have free time to explore its picturesque streets and enjoy lunch at your leisure. Next, we’ll visit Santo Wines for a wine-tasting experience. Learn about Santorini’s unique volcanic wine production before savoring a selection of local wines while taking in breathtaking panoramic views of the island.

Hiking From Imerovigli To Oia
Hike around the rim of the famous caldera to picturesque Oia, passing white stone houses and stunning views along the way. Linger on Oia's artsy streets until evening for the best sunset views on the island.

Niki Fillmore’s passion to lead retreats comes from her own personal experience at retreats along with witnessing so many others transform and move towards living an abundant & joyful life. She attended the first-ever Foundry Yoga Retreat in Bali in 2018 where she experienced incredible (and unexpected!) healing. This healing sparked a huge shift in Niki that would lead her to becoming fascinated with mindset and the power to create and live out her wildest dreams. She has been teaching yoga at The Foundry since 2008 and has led Foundry Retreats in Bali, Portugal, Costa Rica, Belize and Palm Springs.

• Private (single-occupancy) rooms are not available.
• Our hotel in Santorini offers one king-size bed in every room. Because of this, we cannot accommodate solo travelers or pair guests with a random roommate. You must register for you and your roommate at the time of booking - someone you are comfortable sharing a king-size bed with.
