We will be back in 2027 with a Barre Training!

Pilates is also an incredible place to begin if you’re looking to become a fitness teacher. The strength, control, alignment, and movement principles you’ll learn in the Pilates Training create the foundation for other class formats like HIIT & Barre, making this training a powerful first step in your fitness teaching.

LAUREN CARRIZALES

BARRE FACULTY

Lauren is a form focused barre teacher certified in 2019.  A 12 year cheerleading background that ran through college and coaching led her to a barre studio where she quickly found a love for group fitness. While barre is her first love, she is now a certified pilates and HIIT teacher for The Foundry and loves the crossover from each modality. Her passion for the "why" behind barre and precision through each exercise makes her classes simple yet effective. The power of the music, small isometric movements, repetition, and proper use of props makes each barre class fun and challenging. Her goal is to make each class challenging yet accessible. She loves to teach teachers how to tie all of these elements together along with strong cues for proper alignment.
