This will be our third time returning, and every time we're reminded why this retreat feels so magical. There's something incredibly special about disconnecting from the outside world and spending a week immersed in movement, adventure, laughter, and meaningful connection.

One of our favorite things about this retreat is how effortless each day feels. Everything is just steps away. Walk out your door and grab a paddleboard. Wander down to the marina for a snorkeling or sailing adventure. Head to yoga class overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Or simply find a quiet spot to soak in the sunshine. There are no long drives or packed schedules—just the freedom to move through your days however you choose.
Our days are thoughtfully balanced with Foundry classes, incredible meals, island adventures, plenty of free time, and meaningful moments that naturally bring people together. It's the kind of retreat where strangers become lifelong friends.
By the end of the week, you'll leave with so much more than beautiful photos. You'll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, deeply connected, and already dreaming about your next island adventure.

Getting to Belize
One of the things that makes this retreat so special is that we're staying on our own private island. While it takes a few extra steps to get there, we promise it's worth the journey!
Before the Retreat
- Please plan to arrive in Belize City on or before Friday, February 13, 2027.
- Belize is actually much easier to get to than most people think! Southwest Airlines (along with several other major airlines) flies into Belize City. From Phoenix it's generally about a 3-hour flight to Houston or Dallas and then another 3-hour flight to Belize City.
- From Belize City, we'll take small charter planes to the charming coastal town of Placencia. This flight is included in your retreat, and we'll coordinate all of the details for you.
- You'll spend the evening of February 13th in Placencia, a colorful beach town located on a beautiful peninsula in southern Belize. It's the perfect place to relax after your travels, enjoy a great meal by the water, and get excited for the week ahead.
- Please note: Your accommodations and meals in Placencia on February 13th and the morning of February 14th are not included in the retreat package.
Retreat Day!
- On the morning of Saturday, February 14th, we'll arrange transportation to pick you up from your hotel (approximately 9:00–10:00 AM) and bring you to the marina.
- From there, the adventure really begins.
- We'll board a private boat together for an easy 45-minute ride to our private island. (Boat transportation is included in your retreat.)
- We'll arrive around noon, enjoy our first lunch together, settle into our island home, and officially begin our Foundry Retreat.
- From that moment on, all you have to do is relax, move, explore, and enjoy every minute. The incredible island staff and our Foundry Retreat team will be there to take care of the details so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
- You'll spend four full, non-travel days enjoying island life at its best. One of the things we love most about this retreat is how effortless everything feels. Want to paddleboard at sunrise? It's just steps away. Feel like hopping on a boat for snorkeling, sailing, scuba diving, or deep-sea fishing? The marina is a two-minute walk. Ready for yoga, Pilates, or an afternoon nap in a hammock? It's all right there. With no schedules to rush to and everything within easy walking distance, the days feel slower, fuller, and incredibly relaxing.
Departure
- On Friday, February 19th, we'll take the boat back to Placencia together. From there, you'll board the included charter flight back to Belize City, where you'll connect with your flight home.
- We'll coordinate both of your charter flights and all group transportation, making the journey to and from the island as seamless as possible.
Nicole Deacon is a wisdom seeking, dream chasing, yoga teacher and transformational leader. As the Founder of The Foundry, she is passionate about creating spaces that support people in burning their brilliance and realizing their dreams. Niki Fillmore’s passion to lead retreats comes from her own personal experience at retreats along with witnessing so many others transform and move towards living an abundant & joyful life. She attended the first-ever Foundry Yoga Retreat in Bali in 2018 where she experienced incredible (and unexpected!) healing. This healing sparked a huge shift in Niki that would lead her to becoming fascinated with mindset and the power to create and live out her wildest dreams. She has been teaching yoga at The Foundry since 2008 and has led Foundry Retreats in Bali, Portugal, Costa Rica, Belize and Palm Springs.

Surrounded by tropical greenery and located on the second floor, the Island House Rooms offer a peaceful home base for your Foundry retreat. Just a short stroll to the beach, restaurant, and resort amenities, these rooms provide the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Some rooms offer partial ocean views through the palm trees, while others overlook the island's lush gardens. Designed for two guests, these accommodations are ideal for couples or friends traveling together. Rooms feature either one king bed or two twin beds. 5 ISLAND HOUSE ROOMS AVAILABLE.
Ocean Front Cabana - $4,200 per person (4 ROOMS LEFT)
Just steps from the beach and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the Oceanfront Cabanas offer a peaceful retreat with stunning ocean views and the soothing sounds of the Caribbean just outside your door. Ideal for couples or friends traveling together, the Oceanfront Cabanas accommodate two to four guests, making them a great option for those looking to share a memorable retreat. Bedding configurations vary by cabana and may include one king bed, two queen beds. Some cabanas also feature interior connecting doors, making them perfect for groups traveling together. Each cabana includes a private entrance, outdoor deck, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing island stay. Traveling with a group? Special pricing is available for groups of 3–4 guests sharing an Oceanfront Cabana. 10 OCEANFRONT CABANAS AVAILABLE.
Honeymoon Suite - $4,500 per person (SOLD OUT)
Perched along the island's shoreline with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the Oceanfront Honeymoon Suites offer the most luxurious accommodations on our retreat. Thoughtfully designed for couples, these suites provide the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and relaxation in an unforgettable oceanfront setting. Wake each morning to panoramic views of Belize's vibrant fringe reef and unwind each evening on your private veranda, complete with your own plunge pool—the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment together after a day of movement, adventure, and connection. 🚨 JUST 4 ROOMS LEFT! All rooms left are double occupancy and must be booked for two people at time of booking. Sorry, no more solo rooms available.
To reserve your spot, each guest will pay a $500 deposit at the time of booking. Once your reservation is received, our team will reach out to you directly to confirm your room assignment (based on availability) and set up a personalized monthly payment plan for your remaining balance.
All retreat balances must be paid in full by December 14, 2026 (60 days prior to the retreat start date), and your monthly payment schedule will be structured to meet that deadline.
During registration, please indicate your preferred room style and the name of your requested roommate. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, with room assignments made on a first-come, first-served basis and based on availability.
