Your Island Escape Awaits
Just off the coast of Placencia, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and within sight of the stunning Silk Caye Marine Reserve, we’ll be hosting our next Foundry Retreat at the breathtaking Ray Caye Island Resort , a 7-acre private island sanctuary where nature, luxury, and total seclusion come together.
This is the kind of place that instantly slows you down. Nearly a mile of pristine shoreline, crystal-clear water in every direction, and the feeling of being completely removed from the noise of everyday life. Mornings begin with the sound of the ocean, days unfold barefoot under the sun, and evenings end with unforgettable Caribbean sunsets.
Our retreat will have the whole island to ourselves — waking up in oceanfront accommodations, moving through daily classes in an oceanview yoga studio, and spending the in-between moments exploring, relaxing, and connecting. Whether it’s paddleboarding across calm water, snorkeling vibrant reefs, or simply lounging by one of the island’s two pools or enjoying a meal at the full-service restaurant, everything here is designed to help you fully settle in.
One of the most special parts of this retreat is the sense of space. With the island thoughtfully designed for small groups and private experiences, it feels intimate, peaceful, and entirely our own.

Nicole Deacon is a wisdom seeking, dream chasing, yoga teacher and transformational leader. As the Founder of The Foundry, she is passionate about creating spaces that support people in burning their brilliance and realizing their dreams. She loves retreats because they provide a magical place where people can have space to breathe slowly, connect deeply, and transform at a soul level. With her wisdom, passion, and play she accepts you as you are and supports you in finding that deep connection to your Self and your hearts calling.

Niki Fillmore’s passion to lead retreats comes from her own personal experience at retreats along with witnessing so many others transform and move towards living an abundant & joyful life. She attended the first-ever Foundry Yoga Retreat in Bali in 2018 where she experienced incredible (and unexpected!) healing. This healing sparked a huge shift in Niki that would lead her to becoming fascinated with mindset and the power to create and live out her wildest dreams. She has been teaching yoga at The Foundry since 2008 and has led Foundry Retreats in Bali, Portugal, Costa Rica, Belize and Palm Springs.

Island House - $3,900 per person
Surrounded by tropical greenery and located on the second floor, the Island House Rooms offer a peaceful home base for your Foundry retreat. Just a short stroll to the beach, restaurant, and resort amenities, these rooms provide the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Some rooms offer partial ocean views through the palm trees, while others overlook the island's lush gardens. Designed for two guests, these accommodations are ideal for couples or friends traveling together. Rooms feature either one king bed or two twin beds. 5 ISLAND HOUSE ROOMS AVAILABLE.
Ocean Front Cabana - $4,200 per person
Just steps from the beach and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the Oceanfront Cabanas offer a peaceful retreat with stunning ocean views and the soothing sounds of the Caribbean just outside your door. Ideal for couples or friends traveling together, the Oceanfront Cabanas accommodate two to four guests, making them a great option for those looking to share a memorable retreat. Bedding configurations vary by cabana and may include one king bed, two queen beds. Some cabanas also feature interior connecting doors, making them perfect for groups traveling together. Each cabana includes a private entrance, outdoor deck, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing island stay. Traveling with a group? Special pricing is available for groups of 3–4 guests sharing an Oceanfront Cabana. 10 OCEANFRONT CABANAS AVAILABLE.
Honeymoon Suite - $4,500 per person
Perched along the island's shoreline with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the Oceanfront Honeymoon Suites offer the most luxurious accommodations on our retreat. Thoughtfully designed for couples, these suites provide the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and relaxation in an unforgettable oceanfront setting. Wake each morning to panoramic views of Belize's vibrant fringe reef and unwind each evening on your private veranda, complete with your own plunge pool—the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment together after a day of movement, adventure, and connection. Inside, you'll find a spacious spa-inspired bathroom featuring a jacuzzi soaking tub, dual vanities, and a rainfall shower, creating the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge.
