More Than a Workout. A Practice That Changes Lives.

Every year on June 21st we celebrate International Yoga Day—a day dedicated to recognizing the incredible physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.

At The Foundry, we believe yoga is so much more than stretching, sweating, or checking a workout off your list. It's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, quiet the noise of everyday life, and discover strength you never knew you had.

Recently, one of our students shared these words with us:

At The Foundry,. we offer several styles of yoga because every body and every day is different.

26&2 Hot Yoga

Our traditional 26&2 hot yoga classes combine 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a hot room. The consistent sequence helps build strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and resilience while giving students the opportunity to see measurable growth over time.

Many students come for the physical benefits—but stay because of how the practice transforms them mentally.

Hot Flow Yoga

Our Hot Flow classes combine movement and breath in a creative, flowing sequence that builds strength, mobility, endurance, and mindfulness. Every class offers a new experience while helping students become more present and connected to their bodies.

Yin Yoga

Sometimes growth comes from slowing down.

Our non-heated Yin Yoga classes focus on long-held, gentle postures that release tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and create space for deep restoration.

The Benefits Go Beyond the Mat
