New to The Foundry? Wondering which class you should try first?

First, take a deep breath. You really can’t pick a “wrong” class.

One of the things we love most about The Foundry is that every class on our schedule is designed to be accessible to all levels. Our teachers are trained to offer modifications, explain the movements, and help you find the version of the class that works for your body.

So whether you’re brand new to fitness, getting back into a routine, or have been working out for years, you can take any class on our schedule.

That said, different classes have different personalities. If you’re wondering where to start, here’s a little guide to help you find the class that sounds most like you.

🔥 Want the Full Foundry Experience?

26&2 Hot Yoga

If you want to slow things down, focus inward, and challenge yourself in a completely different way, start here.

This 90-minute heated yoga class follows a traditional sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. You’ll work your entire body, build strength and flexibility, and spend a lot of time learning how to simply stay present and breathe.

Great for: Anyone who wants a structured practice, loves a challenge, or wants to build a strong foundation.

Beginner tip: You do NOT need to be flexible to do 26&2. Seriously. Come as you are.

🌊 Want to Flow?

Hot Flow Yoga

If the idea of moving continuously to music sounds more your speed, try Hot Flow.

You’ll move through yoga postures in a flowing sequence while building strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness.

Great for: Anyone who likes variety, music, movement, and a little more freedom in their practice.

Beginner tip: You don't need to know all the poses or be able to keep up with everyone. Your teacher will guide you through the entire class.

💪 Want to Get Strong?

Hot HIIT

Ready to sweat? Hot HIIT combines strength and cardio-focused movements in the heat for a full-body workout.

You may use weights and other equipment while moving through a variety of exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance.

Great for: Anyone who loves a traditional workout, wants to build strength, or enjoys leaving class feeling like they REALLY worked.

Beginner tip: Start with lighter weights, focus on form, and take modifications when you need them.

🎀 Want Strength + A Little Sass?

Hot Barre

Barre is all about controlled, intentional movements that challenge your muscles in ways you may not expect.

Think small movements, lots of repetition, and a whole lot of shaking.

Great for: Anyone looking to build strength, stability, and muscular endurance - especially in the legs, glutes, and core.

Beginner tip: That shaking? Totally normal. It doesn't mean you're doing it wrong!

🔥 Want a Quick, Powerful Workout?

Hot Pilates

Our 45-minute Hot Pilates class is a full-body workout that combines Pilates-inspired movements with strength and cardio.

It's efficient, challenging, and a great option when you want to get a lot done in a shorter amount of time.

Great for: Anyone who loves a fast-paced workout and wants to build core strength and overall muscular endurance.

Beginner tip: You don't need Pilates experience. Your teacher will walk you through everything.

🧘‍♀️ Want Something Slower?

Yin Yoga

Not every workout needs to leave you dripping in sweat.

Yin is a slower-paced, non-heated practice focused on longer-held postures, mobility, and creating space in the body.

Great for: Anyone who wants to slow down, stretch, breathe, and spend some time moving at a different pace.

Beginner tip: This is a great place to start if you're nervous about trying a more intense class.

But Here's the Most Important Thing...

You can take ANY Foundry class.

You don't have to be flexible enough for yoga.

You don't have to have done Pilates before.

You don't have to know what a barre class is.

You don't have to be “in shape.”

And you definitely don't have to wait until you're more fit to walk through our doors.

Our classes are designed to be beginner-friendly, and our teachers are there to meet you where you are.

You may see someone next to you doing a deeper squat, lifting heavier weights, or balancing on one leg like it's no big deal. That's their practice — not yours.

Your job is simply to listen to your body, take the modifications you need, and have fun.

So how do you choose?

Pick the class that sounds fun.

Pick the time that works for your schedule.

Pick the class your friend keeps telling you to try.

Or honestly... just pick one.

Because the best Foundry class for you is the one that gets you through the door.

We'll take it from there. 🩵
