This is the foundation—the original hot yoga class, Bikram Yoga. A 90-minute, set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. Every class is the same, allowing you to track progress, build discipline, and go deeper each time. Expect a full-body reset—improving flexibility, balance, and mental resilience while detoxifying through sweat.
We also offer a few variations of this class, all rooted in the same 26&2 sequence: a 75-minute 26&2 with music, 60-minute Basic Yoga, and a 60-minute Express Yoga option.
Where movement meets breath. Hot Flow is a dynamic, vinyasa-based class that links postures together in creative sequences set to music. No two classes are the same. You’ll build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and tap into a moving meditation that leaves you feeling energized and grounded.
Precision and control are the focus as both traditional and modern mat Pilates exercises are combined into one dynamic class. Pilates emphasizes deep core engagement, alignment, and functional strength. It’s low-impact but highly effective—helping improve posture, stabilize joints, and create long, lean muscle tone.
Also known as Sculpt or Inferno Hot Pilates at some studios—we call it Hot HIIT. Short bursts. Big results. Classes alternate between intense effort and brief recovery to maximize calorie burn and boost metabolism. Expect an athletic, high-energy workout that builds strength, endurance, and power while still being accessible to all levels. The music is up—get ready to sweat and have fun.
Inspired by ballet, built for strength. Barre combines small, controlled movements with high repetitions to target muscles you didn’t know you had. You’ll feel the burn quickly while improving stability, posture, and muscular endurance—especially in the legs, glutes, and core. Driven by the beat, this class will leave your legs shaking and your soul dancing.
Slow down and go deep. Yin focuses on long-held, passive postures that target connective tissue, joints, and fascia. It’s the perfect complement to more intense workouts—supporting recovery, flexibility, and a calmer nervous system. This non-heated class is an ideal balance to our heated offerings.
